Your Satisfaction

We are passionate about complete customer satisfaction, and we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and return policy to anyone who purchases Zadiol from our website – https://zadiol.com.  If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Zadiol, you may return the unused portion for a full refund, less the original shipping fee, and a two-dollar ($2.00) handling fee.

To return your Zadiol, we require a copy of the original purchase receipt, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the completion of a brief questionnaire stating the reasons for the return. Send your return request to [email protected].

Refund Steps

  • Send us an email request to [email protected] with a copy of your original purchase receipt.
  • Our warehouse will reply and include a brief return questionnaire.
  • Your comments matter. Complete and return the questionnaire.
  • Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, our warehouse will reply with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
  • Write the RMA number on the return package and place the RMA email inside the box or package with the returned Zadiol product.
  • We will process your refund upon receipt of the returned product to the original credit card used to purchase the product (this is why we need the receipt, to ensure we issue the credit to the correct credit card).

Please note

  • The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
  • We do not process or refund requests in packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  • We only issue refunds to the credit card used when you purchased the same Zadiol product that you wish to return.
